Pros
Generally a very good place to work for with the possibility for advancement.
Cons
Very low pay with a lot of work associated with the above maintained position. Racial discriminations and bias still exist and needs to be dealt with accordingly. With the Floyd issue, it seemed some people became a little afraid of showing it but you can still fill it in some departments.
