      Good work life balance, nice office space.

      Cons

      Culture is nonexistent due to different teams and divisions. Benefits are nothing amazing. Get's more corporate every year, lots of people in administrative positions and unnecessary headaches across the company.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
