      Competitive salary and no other pros at all

      Cons

      Management is pathetic specially where Indian management is involve right from HR to departmental management. No benefit at all other than good salary initially.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
