      Good salary. Higher than in any other CRO I guess.

      Cons

      The atmospehere and the culture are just not good... Blaming culture prevails over constructive collaboration. If something objectively doesn't work - politics prevent management from doing anything.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
