Pros
Great place to get alot of work experience and build your skillset with large study programs and multiple indications and sponsors.
Cons
Management is very hierarchical. They promote each other and show favoritism for their friends out "on the floor" (worker bees). If you're really growing professionally and ready for a promotion (due) Management makes excuses and delays. The salaries are not good (up to par with industry standards).
