Pros
So far it seems to be a very friendly environment. 9% match and so far a dedicated 40hours max although salaried. Pretty flexible as long as your work is done. Unlimited PTO.
Cons
After initial onboarding training there's no support. Lots of guidance sheets but no one takes the time to walk through it with you live. You are thrown on projects expecting to know everything that your role is supposed to do and your actual manager is aloof.
