Pros
I manage oncology trials and the studies are AMAZING and very meaningful to be a part of different novel therapies. My colleagues are knowledgeable, I'm valued, and able to bounce ideas of off them.
Cons
I'm constantly allocated across multiple different studies and although the work is exciting it is intense. Resourcing - I get anxious when I don't have all the tools/key personnel to help me manage a trial. I felt at times I over-exerted myself to ensure that the sites I work with did not see our internal resource shortcomings.
