      Lots of employees with the drive to be successful.

      Cons

      *Each division has their own objectives and Leadership is not on the same page. *Strategic direction does not exist and there is no rhyme or reason for changes made within the organization. *Salary ranges are wildly inconsistent. Long term employees are never kept in range of their position unless they are VPs and above.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
