      Ethos of supporting and developing staff filters through the company. As a manager I have a lot of autonomy in my day to day work but also lots of support.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
