Serious issue with Edinburgh office, 1 employee left after probation due to terrible bullying, gossiping, lack of direct communication by SSU department, overcontrolling. This is huge issue with this company in Scotland. This employee had no opportunity to inform about the issue the company because the exit interview was cancelled by those people working there so many years. Small team working there so many years together and this can be the reason of their behaviour. This employee left just after probation to protect the health without new job and any financial protection.
