      The message coming from down from the top about retaining good employees does not match the day to day management. I did not plan to leave but was forced out due to non-study related issues. Promises made were not kept and I was miss-lead and unappreciated.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
