Pros
Good health insurance, management cares about you moving forward in your role. I do feel very stable in my job which is a reason I haven't looked for another place to work.
Cons
I've had to advocate for myself quite a bit to get higher level tasks that would qualify me for a promotion. I've spent 4 years as a Project Specialist without ever moving to a PS II or Sr. PS. Could also use more PTO and more flexible PTO.
