      Pros

      This is my first role in clinical research and I really love this company. I receive unlimited PTO and there are alot of training resources for people such as myself. Also, no question is a dumb question so everyone is so supportive. I am currently working with Gilead as my sponsor and it has been great. I am glad that Syneos assigned me to this company to work as a contractor.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
