Pros
Good start as a CRA. Syneos has a good CRA 1 training program.
Cons
Too metric driven so much so that quality in monitoring was going downhill. There needs to be a referendum and redirection within their clinical research group so that all CRAs are properly trained to adequately monitor their clinical studies. Also, Syneos use to offer good perks as a CRA, but no longer offer airline club membership as of 2021.
