      Unlimited PTO, nice colleagues, no micromanagement

      Cons

      Rampant favoritism, poor, poor training, no transparency or much communication at all from the CEO about where the company is honestly heading, no bonus after employees were promised a lot, cutting much needed positions, free-falling into chaos with people resigning daily.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
