      Flexible work arrangements Opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Lots of change at the moment including changes in reporting structure, systems and processes. There have been many new senior leaders in the last couple of years which is destabilising as it also means many longer serving leaders have left. Communications about the changes and their implementation have not been the best.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
