      If your an older white man forgot this place. They exclude you even if you have over 10 years with them. I’ve heard this from a bunch of 50+ white men who tried to get a new role. They ice you with no call backs, etc. it’s so obvious diversity is a code here to stick it to the old white man.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
