      Good pay, unlimited PTO in the department

      Cons

      You are constantly overworked, people were often doing 50 hour work weeks (if not more). Had several instances of working over the weekends (client meetings included). Coworkers were rude and would talk behind others' backs, overall a very cliquey atmosphere.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
