      The salary is good, the rest not so much...

      Bad company culture. In Europe, the company is a boys club - a group of men running everything, promoting each other just because they're men. They have each-other's backs, so it is impossible to take any action about inappropriate comments or being treated unequally as a woman.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
