Cons
- No career advancement, employees are only here to satisfy sponsors with the awful motto of "customer obsession". - Management is proud of having a global team but they could not care less about the individuals forming this team. - Way too much favoritism and gossip going on between managers and this is very apparent. - Performance doesn't matter, your destiny is in the hands of your line manager. You can do nothing and still get promoted if you have a good one or you can work day and night only to get nothing with a bad one and their excuse will be absolutely "no budget". - Merit increase is a joke. They would pass a great performance and give you 1.5% and say "Oh sorry, no budget but keep working to satisfy our customers' weird requests".
