      Not many pros you only had to go into the office twice a week which was nice

      Toxic work environment where the superior staff gangs up on the younger staff and has a superiorty complex

      Pros

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
