Pros
The job is remote and the company is flexible with issues such as power loss to your home during your work day
Cons
The micromanagement is terrible, it never seems like your work ends as there are always issues in the CTMS or TMF, coworkers can be difficult even if you need to get documents to complete tasks, the line of communication is not clear most times, and although they say they have room to promote within, it is extremely long to get any movement and the additional training to move up is not paid for, it is on your own time.
