      You get to keep your Per Diem and unlimited FTO.

      Cons

      If you go FSP, there is NO work life balance, no manager support, no mentor support. overwork you no matter how much you express that you can't do 11-12 days on site. This company does not care about you!

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
