Good company, but not long term if you’re in sales - Inside Sales Syneos Health Employee Review

Syneos is a huge company and so it feels like you are often trapped in your role and have no connections to higher-ups because there are so many people. Working in the engagement center isn’t stable, once the project ends, you are out of a job with no severance, which is crazy. The engagement center director informed us that we would have a month left in our role with no type of empathy. If you land a role on another contract, your salary starts over to what that contract is offering, so you’re not able to build your base salary easily and you don’t get any annual raise when you start over. This type of role is a great place to start and get experience in the industry or to transition into the field but not great for long term. It will lead you to other great opportunities. My overall experience at Syneos wasn’t bad but I definitely am looking for more stability and career growth opportunities with my next company.
