      Demanded 100% utilization, which led to overworking, not taking breaks, no training/collab, and excessive turnover. Job changed dramatically, felt like a cog in a big indifferent machine.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
