      Interesting and meaningful work, acceptable salary and many skilled and good colleagues.

      Cons

      Lack of direction for the company after losing market shares for years and then being privatised. Future looks quite uncertain for the company and it seems likely that it will be acquired by market leaders.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
