      No one works a full 8 hour day

      Cons

      The harder you work there the more they penalize you. It is like a high school and meetings with managers is like getting called to the principals office. Very catty and a lot of office gossip.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
