      Good FSP client and the relationships developed over 9 years.

      Cons

      Required managers to only manage. leadership was CRO lifers who know little about Pharma side and continue the culture of terrible work-life balance.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
