      Some nice people who obviously work hard.

      Cons

      If you want to work at a place that is needlessly stressful due to underbidding to acquire customers and then work in a consulting environment with none of the benefits of consulting (good pay, freedom to adjust your approach to meet the customer’s needs, executing any semblance of a normal review process), then this is for you.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
