      - supportive teammates i guess - good HMO

      Cons

      - Inconsistent and poorly communicated company policies (not sure if it was all planned but all i know is that it led to significant career disruptions for many employees including mine) - excessive and unrealistic workloads resulted in widespread employee burnout and high turnover - they just don't know how to take care of their people overall

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
