      Good pay, PTO requests almost always accepted, nicer people work in offices outside of NY

      Cons

      Cliques are rampant, toxic managers, you're only recognized if you give your nights, weekends, and time off to this company.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
