Phenomenal forward-thinking company culture - genuinely one of the best companies I've ever worked for!

Not really applicable as there aren't any cons at all that I can think of.

- endless opportunities to solve complex problems, while working towards a brighter future through revolutionary technology - management that actively listens to everyone - a company that GENUINELY lives by their values - the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure to work with, universally across all teams - idk I can't say enough positive things about working here, to be honest

- coordination between teams, and sometimes within teams can be improved (but this is actively being worked on) - the boston office is not dog friendly :( (This is not a company priority, afaik)
