Management is working to be more transparent and supportive with regular employee wide town halls. A flexible work from home policy helps employees manage work and personal commitments.

The company is ambitious, resources are limited in order to deliver to those ambitions. Growing critical resources with the increase in opportunities is an ongoing challenge and can prove frustrating for employees.
