Over all they are a stable company, with comprehensive benefits, a generous employee stock program, and company provided snacks.
Cons
All leadership is driven towards the west coast, with satellite offices paid little attention. Sales comp plans are restrictive, and despite being a company that thrives on acquisitions they still can't seem to figure out how to integrate companies smoothly.
