Strong culture, Incredible team, small but powerful. I was ecstatic to be brought onto this team, and was so grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside of marketing professionals, who had put blood, sweat and tears into the success of this small but well-oiled agency. I legitimately struggled with my decision to move on, but I was looking for projects and clients that would come with a larger agency. Their culture, and remote work was an outstanding perk, and I'll always look fondly on my time at Syrup and am so thankful to leadership for giving me a chance at agency life!

Agency life can be busy, so there can be a lot of client work per service area.

Syrup is everything I've ever wanted in a career, plus more. The people I work with are some of the most encouraging, supportive, unique and creative people I've ever met. I love that I never leave work feeling drained, but fulfilled and energized. I'm constantly reminded throughout each day that my work here matters, and that we're here for so much more than just making money for the company. We're here to create, innovate, learn, grow, and challenge ourselves and each other while producing incredible work. I've said from the day I first met the Syrup team that this team "just gets it," and 2 years later, I'm proud to say that's still true.

Syrup does not offer health benefits. However, this is for a good reason, and the alternative benefits, including profit sharing and a fitness stipend, make up for this.
