Management is super helpful, the clients are for the most part wonderful to work with, job isn't insanely stressful

some houses pay higher than others, will need to negotiate to get a better salary

Individuals, rewarding, pay is okay, co-workers

Communication, constant changes, Management doesn't seem to care, supervisor is not really ever around or reachable
