Pros

-Great coworkers. Vast majority of people are very pleasant to work with. Very diverse workforce. -Great benefits (401k company match, employee stock purchase plan, HSA, health insurance). -Plenty of departments to work for. -Few layoffs (for now).

Cons

-It's not about what you know, but who you know. As is likely the case in many companies, promotions do not seem to solely be based on merit, but on your relationship with the hiring manager. -Increasingly less flexible remote work policy. The hybrid work model will only allow employees to work remotely for one day per week starting on September 28, 2025, despite previously assuring employees that at least two remote days would be given. -Overall, the company does not appear to be heading in a good direction. Several office buildings have been closed, departments have been outsourced, and staff have been laid off. Various perks have been reduced. -Salary is not great; at least for those working in the customer service sector, salary raises are only between 1-5% annually (and often only between 1-3%).
