Small company so you will often be wearing many hats. Employees need to be more accountable for their work than working for a larger organization.

One of my favorite things about working for T1 Technologies is the balance between work and life. Sometimes both cross over into the other's time, and T1 does a great job of honoring that. They reward the employee who is loyal and works hard.

It is a growing company, so sometimes you have to wear more than one hat.
