      Pros

      One of my favorite things about working for T1 Technologies is the balance between work and life. Sometimes both cross over into the other's time, and T1 does a great job of honoring that. They reward the employee who is loyal and works hard.

      Cons

      It is a growing company, so sometimes you have to wear more than one hat.

      Excellent opportunity to level up your skill set. Company cares about it's employees. Family oriented and awesome about work flexibility. Tons of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Small company so you will often be wearing many hats. Employees need to be more accountable for their work than working for a larger organization.
