Pros
Some of the most intelligent and easy to get along with coworkers that I've ever had. No micromanagement from senior managers. Great idea and mission behind the company.
Cons
Top management is both lost and a lost cause. Instead of micromanaging, they go to the other end of the spectrum and provide little to no direction or oversight, and constantly add or change tasks without consideration of the person's time. They insist that there is upward mobility, but no mentoring or training of new skills is ever provided by senior managers. Instead, some people take it upon themselves to acquire new skills that are necessary to take their job to the next level. Unfortunately, even when people improve their skills or take on additional tasks, there is rarely a reconsideration of salary. Raises, promotions, and even cost of living increases seem to be few and far between (or even nonexistent), expect for a couple favorites of the CEO. I've been here for almost about a year and I think that there are more people that were hired after me, then there are that were there before me.
