Pros
A lot of business unit leaders will let you work from home when appropriate. T4G is very flat and you really can and should talk to your boss and the executives when you have an issue, question or concern.
Cons
One of the pillars of their culture is innovation. T4G is not innovative. Billable hours are king and that means you can't R&D on the client's dime. No incentive to learn new technologies or keep up your tech skills and there are many senior employees who are quite out of touch with modern day methodologies, technologies and practices that are used in more progressive IT companies. In recent years events such as the Family Ski Weekend, Geekfest and Floodstock have been outright cancelled.
