Cons
Shocking PTO. They don’t mind if you take unpaid leave, which you have to if you want any time off. Pay is quite low
for the expectations of you. You are totally replaceable and they will let you go on a dime. CEO who personally hired me did not have the decency to talk to me before he let me go. Management is a little skewed and quite disorganized.
