      Great Company if you are willing to work hard

      Pros

      Local leadership in my office is fantastic. Strong earnings potential if you are willing to put in the time and effort for the first several years. If you don't have a very strong work ethic and desire to produce great results, don't bother applying. PTO is generous, and you're encouraged to take all of it (you need it!). Great sales training.

      Cons

      Fast pace can be draining at times. A very small minority of sales colleagues can be too aggressive at times which is annoying

      Great Co-Workers

      Pros

      It's a different challenge every day, the best part are my co-workers. Because we are a small group we have to be able to help each other when workload increases. I know I can count on other branches to jump in when our orders increase.

      Cons

      You never know how busy the day is going to be, some days are spent building pipelines and others are catching up on paper work only to get 10 orders right before we close. I wish sometimes we had more notice.

      Good Assignments

      Pros

      I worked off and on for about three years with TA and the assignments varied from a couple weeks to several months. They always worked with me when I had a problem or had to miss work. I've worked with several other agencies and have to say they were the best.

      Cons

      Most of the positions were temp or contract, only one offered me a full time position. Go to a pay card system like most other services, coming in and getting my check was difficult sometimes.
