Pros
It's a different challenge every day, the best part are my co-workers. Because we are a small group we have to be able to help each other when workload increases. I know I can count on other branches to jump in when our orders increase.
Cons
You never know how busy the day is going to be, some days are spent building pipelines and others are catching up on paper work only to get 10 orders right before we close. I wish sometimes we had more notice.
