Extremely stressful place to work
High staff turnover rate
Employees were expected to work excessively long hours of unpaid overtime (12-16 hour days were not uncommon)
Low salary compared to other agencies
Negative atmosphere filled with yelling, verbal abuse, fighting and unnecessary dramatics
Certain management personnel were manipulative and dishonest
The company is cheap: It looked good in the reception lobby but in the real office there was old equipment, dated computers, worn-out chairs (some of them were scavenged from another office's garbage), not enough pens, etc.
