There are also some really tough people to work with - these individuals can make your stay there tough e.g. will openly mock you or be aggressive when you ask for help. Unfortunately, there is no HR to enforce good work policies. Also, be prepared to work long hours for free to try to meet management's unrealistic expectations. Since the company is very flat, expect to be monitored very closely by management.
