      Pros

      Everyone works towards the same goal - make great software to win customers’ heart. No politics or bureaucracy. Flat structure. Very friendly people, easy to work with. Challenging tasks with a lot of autonomy. Very caring leadership. The dream place for people who have skills and wish to get something valuable done.

      Cons

      Some tech debts start to build up. Need more hands to work on them.

      Pros

      There are some smart folks good at that they do, newer technology.

      Cons

      Estimate is unrealistic, which forces employees work overtime without getting paid. They have group of close colleagues and friends there, if they don't like you, they make you suffer. If you want to work-work balance, this place is for you.
