Pros
You get to meet a diverse group of people.
Cons
The main issue is the lack of management and there was no direction. Interns are often given tasks that do not have a clear outcome. At times, it feels like tasks are assigned simply for the sake of assigning work, without a clear plan for how the work will be used or what the next steps are.
Communications were also very inconsistent. Projects may start with discussion, but executions are not always clear. There is no real continuation to the project.
For interns hoping to gain structured experience, this can be frustrating.
