Misleading advertising of the company, run by authoritarian leadership. Poor working conditions, advertised online for TAPiO's office to be in IB Tower, however located in Sentul instead. Poor wage subsidy, overworked, and harassment led by management to employees.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your experience at TAPiO Management Advisory did not meet your expectations.
To clarify, TAPiO operates multiple offices, and the location of internships is clearly communicated during the interview process.
At TAPiO, management works hand in hand with staff, fostering an environment where everyone can challenge decisions and offer suggestions. Many staff members have been with the company for years because of our inclusive and respectful environment. It is surprising and saddening to hear allegations of harassment and authoritarian leadership, as these claims do not reflect our company culture. The management's door is always open to discuss and resolve any concerns.
Our internship program is designed to offer valuable learning experiences and professional development opportunities, following legal and industry standards regarding compensation. Local interns receive a stipend, and all interns are given the chance to gain hands-on experience and mentorship. Internships at TAPiO are about self-development and learning, not about earning money. It is important to note that teaching and mentoring interns require significant resources, and much of the interns' output is not immediately usable. Our goal is to find new staff members that are dedicated, open-minded individuals who share our passion for business and are eager to learn and grow.
We value all feedback as it helps us improve. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and hope you find opportunities that align better with your expectations.

We are happy you had a learning experience, even though the restrictions with corona gave us a lot of limitations. We were still adjusting the organisational structure to cope with the "new normal" curveball that life had thrown at us. It was not an easy adjustment for a company that thrives on relationships. We are sorry that you felt a lack of guidance, but always remember taking the initiative and build up the courage to ask for guidance and advice helps you build your confidence and character as a future leader.
