Pros

Loved most of the people with whom I worked.

Cons

Certain departments are held to exceptionally high standards related to communication and resolution, but are dependent on other departments who do not have to live up to the same expectations. Siloed workflow is fine for standard requests, but stymies any non-standard work. AND THERE IS A TON OF NON-STANDARD WORK. The sales team makes promises related to products that, sometimes, do not yet exist, and services that are not automated, so back-end has to make it work. Clients are left frustrated because work that is promised in (for example) 24 hours takes far more time because workflow is being built in real-time as opposed to workflow already existing.

Pros

Working remotely. Great people in the department I work in. It’s great that they are strong in volunteering and give you time off to volunteer however, in many department so many days are blacked out to takeoff that sometimes you don’t even get to use it.

Cons

The company has changed so much. The new CEO Pam, speaks of employees like they’re not even human. It has been two years of wandering when you’re gonna get laid off and they tell you that as long as you’re a high functioning employee, you’re gonna be fine but the truth is some of the best employees I know have been laid off because their goal is to reduce Onshore employment and outsource more work to India.
